Paths & Access
Concrete Sidewalks & Walkways
Safe, reinforced paths with sharp control joints and slip-resistant finishes.
What it is
Plain language, no jargon.
New walkways and full replacement of heaved or root-damaged paths, with reinforcement, jointing, and runoff planning.
Problems it solves
- —Trip hazards and liability at the front of the house
- —Water running toward the foundation instead of away
- —Panels cracked randomly because joints were never cut
What's included
- Demolition and haul-off of the failed path
- Root assessment and sub-base prep
- Reinforcement and sharp control joints
- Slip-resistant finish
- Runoff and grading corrections
This is for you if…
- Your path is uneven, lifted, or a trip hazard
- Roots have broken up the walkway
- You want a defined path from street or side yard to the door
It's probably not, if…
- A single lifted panel that can simply be ground or replaced
- Loose gravel or stepping-stone looks

The project runs in phases, billed against the milestones in your proposal, with progress photos at every stage.
The Final Walkthrough
We inspect the finished pour together, the site is left clean, and we review the completed scope against your proposal.
