Residential Concrete Contractors in Sacramento
Premium concrete driveways, patios, and custom finishes — a written proposal, milestone-based billing, and photo updates from the first form to the final pour.
You're in the right place if…
You want the pour done once, done right.
- You want the price locked in writing before work starts.
- You expect to know what's happening on your property every day.
- You see the driveway as curb appeal and property value, not a patch job.
- You want a finish that looks designed — borders, textures, real detail.
And it's not the right fit if…
- You're shopping for the cheapest slab on the block.
- You want a number over the phone before anyone sees the site.
- You'd rather skip sub-base prep to save on the first bid.
The problem
The quote that grows. The crew that vanishes. The "new" driveway that cracks in two summers.
You accept a number, demolition starts, and suddenly there's a change order for something that was always going to be there.
You pay a deposit for work not yet done, and then the calls stop getting returned mid-project.
Or the pour goes fine — and cracks across the middle by the second summer, because nobody prepped the base.
We built this company around making those impossible.
What we build
Seven services, one set of standards.
Every project runs on a written proposal, milestone-based billing, and photo updates at every stage.

Concrete Driveways
A driveway you're proud to pull into — designed for curb appeal and built to resist cracking.
Best when your driveway is cracked, stained, sinking, or simply dated.

Concrete Patios
Outdoor living space built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep.
Best when you want usable backyard space that lasts longer than pavers or decking.

Concrete Slabs
Strong, level foundations for sheds, garages, and additions.
Best when something is going to sit on it and stay there.

Sidewalks & Walkways
Safe, reinforced paths with sharp control joints and slip-resistant finishes.
Best when a path has heaved, cracked, or become a trip hazard.

Concrete Foundations
Footings and slab foundations for additions, ADUs, and outbuildings — with grading and drainage done right.
Best when a structure is being built on top and the base has to be correct the first time.

Retaining Walls
Structural walls that hold slopes, manage drainage, and clean up grade changes.
Best when a slope is moving, eroding, or wasting usable yard.

Stamped & Decorative Concrete
Patterns, borders, and finishes that turn flatwork into a design statement.
Best when you want the look of stone or tile with the durability of a poured slab.
The solution
The Premium Pour Process.
Four steps, every project, no exceptions.
Walk & Vision
A free on-site walkthrough. Sione walks your property and goes over every option, finish, and design detail. No pricing games over the phone — real numbers require seeing the site.
The Written Proposal
One written proposal covering permits, labor, materials, cleanup, and finishing touches, with the scope defined in plain language. Anything unforeseen is explained and approved by you in writing before we proceed.
The Milestone Build
The project runs in phases, billed against the milestones in your proposal, with progress photos at every stage.
The Final Walkthrough
We inspect the finished pour together, the site is left clean, and we review the completed scope against your proposal.
Transparent expectations
Here's what to plan for.
Timeline
Smaller projects are often a few days to a week, weather permitting; larger projects take longer. The schedule is set at the walkthrough.
Investment
Final pricing is provided after the on-site walkthrough and documented in a written proposal.
What we need from you
Site access, decisions on finishes and colors, and permit sign-offs where they're required.
In writing
Written Project Standards.
How every Sima Guys project runs, documented before anything begins.
Written proposal with defined scope
Every project begins with a written proposal that defines the scope of work and what is included.
No changes without your written approval
If something unforeseen comes up, we explain it and get your written approval before any work or cost changes.
Milestone-based billing
Billing follows the project milestones set in your proposal. You review each completed phase before it is billed.
Photo updates and schedule communication
You receive photo updates as the work progresses, and we communicate schedule changes as soon as we know about them.
Straight answers
What homeowners worry about.

"You'll take my deposit and disappear."
