Outdoor Living

Custom Concrete Patios

Outdoor living space built to withstand the elements with minimal upkeep.

What it is

Plain language, no jargon.

Poured concrete patios — new installs, extensions, and replacements, in broom, smooth, stamped, or bordered finishes.

Problems it solves

  • —Patios that pond water after winter rain
  • —Slabs that crack where no control joint was cut
  • —Surfaces too hot or too slick underfoot in summer

What's included

  • Layout and slope planning for drainage
  • Compacted sub-base and reinforcement
  • Control joints cut to the slab layout
  • Finish and border selection
  • Cleanup and finishing touches inside the written scope

This is for you if…

  • You want a low-maintenance outdoor room
  • Your existing patio is cracked, sunken, or too small
  • You want the finish to look designed, not poured

It's probably not, if…

  • You want a surface you can lift and reset yourself
  • Your yard drainage problem needs a landscape plan first

How we build it

The Premium Pour Process, applied.

01

Walk & Vision

A free on-site walkthrough. Sione walks your property and goes over every option, finish, and design detail. No pricing games over the phone — real numbers require seeing the site.

02

The Written Proposal

One written proposal covering permits, labor, materials, cleanup, and finishing touches, with the scope defined in plain language. Anything unforeseen is explained and approved by you in writing before we proceed.

03

The Milestone Build

The project runs in phases, billed against the milestones in your proposal, with progress photos at every stage.

04

The Final Walkthrough

We inspect the finished pour together, the site is left clean, and we review the completed scope against your proposal.

Timeline

How long it takes.

Most patios are a few days on site, weather permitting.

Cost expectations

What it costs.

We don't quote over the phone — a real number requires seeing the site. Final pricing is provided after the on-site walkthrough and documented in a written proposal.

In writing

The standards this project runs on.

Written proposal with defined scope

Every project begins with a written proposal that defines the scope of work and what is included.

No changes without your written approval

If something unforeseen comes up, we explain it and get your written approval before any work or cost changes.

Milestone-based billing

Billing follows the project milestones set in your proposal. You review each completed phase before it is billed.

Photo updates and schedule communication

You receive photo updates as the work progresses, and we communicate schedule changes as soon as we know about them.

Questions

Concrete Patios FAQ.

Broom is grippier and lower cost; stamped reads as a design upgrade and can be sealed for color. We walk both options — with real tradeoffs — at the walkthrough.

Lighter colors and textured finishes stay cooler. We'll talk through color choice with Sacramento summers in mind.

Sometimes. It depends on the base and how the existing slab is failing. If an overlay won't last, we'll tell you.

Rinse it, keep oils off it, and reseal decorative finishes on the schedule we give you at handoff.
