Pricing & billing
Pricing & billing
Cost depends on project type, size, and complexity. A real number requires seeing the site, so final pricing is provided after the on-site walkthrough and documented in a written proposal.
The scope of work and its inclusions — permits, labor, materials, cleanup, and finishing touches — written out in plain language.
We explain what we found, what it changes, and what it costs. Nothing moves forward without your written approval.
Billing follows the project milestones set in your proposal. You review each completed phase before it is billed.
Process & timeline
Process & timeline
Smaller projects are often a few days to a week, weather permitting; larger projects take longer. The schedule is set at the walkthrough.
Concrete work is weather-dependent. If weather affects your pour, we contact you with an updated schedule as soon as we know.
You get photo updates at every stage, from demolition through finishing.
Where a project requires permits, they're identified and included in the written proposal rather than added later.
Fit & requirements
Fit & requirements
Driveways, patios, slabs, sidewalks and walkways, foundations, retaining walls, and stamped and decorative concrete.
