Sima Guys is a Sacramento concrete team built around a simple idea: the driveway is the front door to the home, and the homeowner should never be the one absorbing the risk.
Why we exist
Sione built the opposite of what homeowners kept living through.
Hidden fees. Delayed timelines. Contractors who take a deposit and stop answering the phone. Sione Maafu saw the same story from homeowners over and over, and built Sima Guys to be its opposite: written proposals, milestone-based billing, photo updates at every stage, and changes only with your written approval.
Our mission is to raise the standard for concrete work so every home leaves the right first impression — one premium pour at a time. Premium, never snobby. We'd rather explain a tradeoff than sell around it.

Walk & Vision
A free on-site walkthrough. Sione walks your property and goes over every option, finish, and design detail. No pricing games over the phone — real numbers require seeing the site.
The Written Proposal
One written proposal covering permits, labor, materials, cleanup, and finishing touches, with the scope defined in plain language. Anything unforeseen is explained and approved by you in writing before we proceed.
The Milestone Build
The project runs in phases, billed against the milestones in your proposal, with progress photos at every stage.
The Final Walkthrough
We inspect the finished pour together, the site is left clean, and we review the completed scope against your proposal.
