People ask for a price per square foot on a slab. It's the wrong unit — a shed pad and a garage pad of the same size are not the same pour.
Load decides the spec
Thickness and reinforcement follow what will sit on top. A garden shed, a workshop with equipment, and a vehicle-rated garage pad each call for a different build. Quoting them the same way is how thin slabs get poured.
Site prep is most of the work
Excavation, grading, compaction, and drainage typically take more time than the pour itself. On sloped or soft ground, they're the majority of the cost.
Access and permits
How close a truck can get, and whether your jurisdiction requires a permit at your pad size, both affect the total. Permits are inside the locked quote when they apply.
Getting a real number
We don't publish numbers we haven't verified against your site. Final pricing is provided after the on-site walkthrough and documented in a written proposal.
The short version
Tell us what's going on the slab. That answer prices it, not the footprint.
